Vardavard Charity Surgery Center

Specialized dental services for autistic children (Established in  1993 Registration number 40330)

 Center’s History

Vardavard Charity Surgical Center, which provides specialized dental services for autistic children, was established in 1993 by a few motivated benefactors with the intention of serving the deprived segments of the community. This center is considered the only specialized center in the country and is unparalleled in Middle East in terms of the services it provides.

The founders have been working continuously to provide the necessary dental equipments and materials for the center. They have also recruited a number of well committed and skilled dentists (general  and specialists) that are mostly volunteering for free at this center. The team is consisting of  15 to 30 full time  and 150 part time doctors and many other staffs. Creating an island of dental care and support for most needed patients is what everybody is striving here for.

 Center’s Objectives

The number one objective of Vardavard Charity Surgery Center is providing complete dental services for the underprivileged and financially disadvantaged families with autistic children. These services are provided mostly free of charge or just the cost of dental materials (according to the financial abilities of those families).

 Our other objectives include:

Prevention of dental and oral diseases and their complications.

Educating patients and their families of dental diseases and dental hygienes.

Collaborating with specialized dental professionals in providing more specialized services

Expanding and developing similar centers in other major cities.

 Why this center?

The absence of professional dental centers and dental ucares for autistic children and special needs patients has afflicted tremendous pain and distress for many families particularly those from lower socioeconomic classes.

Establishing specialized dental centers to address and provide for  the disabled kids and their families the much needed services and equipments such as operating rooms with general anesthesia capabilities and skilled staffs is among our top priorities and responsibilities.

1-General clinics to diagnose and treat the simple treatments without need for general anesthesia

2-Specialty clinics for diagnosis and treatment of the more complicated issues. Necessary X-ray and tests will be performed at this time and patients will be admitted for surgery under general anesthesia and recovery time after procedures.

 We need your help

It’s been more than 30 years since this clinic has been planned and established and mostly financed by our charitable and philanthropist founders.

Our unique and well operated center has helped tens of thousands of kids and families in those years but currently, being the only one, we are facing a flood of patients from all over the country. The magnitude of the patients and their needs have

posed a significant challenge to the center lately. Providing services to these dear individuals requires a collective effort from all sectors of society. Undoubtedly at this period of hardship, assisting and supporting the people who need it the most and to the best of our abilities not only bring relief and comfort to them but also improves our own well-being and strengthens our  bonds, self-esteems and happiness.

Hopefully, the prayer of these innocent autistic children will fill your life with health and happiness.
